The Walkez-2-Runnez program helps you gain the confidence to get out and start running.  A step by step, 28 day program designed to take away the thinking and learn to run in a sustainable and enjoyable way - The Runnez Way!  It will also give you an insight into the Runnez® training system and a holistic view on running and life in general. Led by Founder & Head Coach Rick Mirabella, the Walkez-2-Runnez program includes:

  • A 28-Day step by step plan to get you started and into a routine
  • Runnez® audio + video sessions including: 'Your 1st run', Intro Sessions to (walk or jog to), tools to eliminate anxiety and no thinking - just put Rick in your ears and off you go.
  • A series of 'bridge' sessions to propel you towards your 1st Runnez® Signature Session - 45min interval training.
  • The program also includes Runnez® Strength, Yoga & Pilates sessions for beginners to build the running body and help support your muscles & mindset through this change in movement pattern.

You will not only improve your aerobic engine, speed, running economy and stamina in 28 days, you will benefit from less stress, more energy and vitality. There is nothing to lose!
