 Each week you receive new coaching videos from Rick and the team:

  • 1 Runnez Session (45 minutes of interval training)
  • 1 Strength Session (no equipment needed)
  • 1 Tabata Session (Strength based body weight)
  • Weekly plan: Education, structure & guidance from Rick

Since 2007, I’ve been helping everyday Australians to achieve their running goals. I created the Runnez Redzone which is the world’s number one online running platform designed for everyone, from beginner to elite runner. It’s all about YOU.
